Exchange and Returns

At BCPH, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate an exchange or return within 14 days from the delivery date.

How to Return?

EASIEST Option - Please find your order confirmation mail from care@bcph.in and simply reply to that email with your return or exchange request. 

OR 

Directly contact us at care@bcph.in and provide your order number along with the reason for the return. 

Please Note:- 

  1. Merchandise can only be returned if it is unused and all price tags are intact.
  2. Once the return is confirmed (generally 12-24 hours), our courier partner will pick up the product from you within 3 business days (excluding Sundays). Pickup timelines are subject to serviceability and successful handover. If a pickup attempt fails or needs a re-attempt, timelines may extend accordingly.
  3. After the product is picked up, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets the conditions for return.
  4. On successful completion of the quality check, we will process your refund within 7-10 days.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your refund has been processed.

Logistics Re-attempt Charge (Incorrect Handover):

Please ensure that the correct item(s) corresponding to your return/exchange request are handed over to our pickup partner. If incorrect/different items are handed over, we may need to schedule a re-attempt pickup. In such cases, from the second re-attempt onwards, a Logistics Re-attempt Charge of ₹150 per pickup attempt may be applicable. Any applicable fee will be communicated before arranging the pickup.

Return of Incorrectly Handed-Over Items:

If you have mistakenly handed over incorrect items and would like them returned, we can ship them back for a nominal handling and logistics fee (covering processing and shipping). The exact amount will be shared after the shipment cost is calculated.

What if merchandise is damaged?
